Okay so I drew and colored in a red rose with a green stem. And I wanted to take out the colors (green and red) so that it%26#039;s a black and white drawing. The thing is, I drew the rose kinda realistic so it%26#039;s not soooo outlined with black as it is kinda shaded with a darker red. So basically i want it to look like a coloring book drawing (where it%26#039;s the shape and you just color the design in.
Soooo this is what i need help on in my Photoshop 7.0
I know how to take out the color (red and green), but I need to outline the rose, stem, and the three red petals designs. I don%26#039;t know much about layering so I need help with that. The goal is so that I can print the design on my t-shirt.
Any help is greatly appreciated (. If the above is confusing basically it%26#039;s working backwards with a drawing. I have the finished product and I need to take out the color while retaining the look of a rose.)
thannnnkkkkssss
Helpp! Photoshop 7.0 question. I have a pic of a rose I drew %26amp; colored %26amp; I want it in outline (b%26amp;w) for a shir
Well... the cleanest way to do it is to trace the outline with a path. You%26#039;ll have to use bezier curves and points. Tricky, but once you learn it - its a very useful skill. After you have the path the way you like it, you can stroke the path with black on a new layer or a cleared background to make your illustration.
Or ... you can export the path to Adobe Illustrator and play with it there.

Hi,
You may try to advertise on newspapers, art mags and some blogs.
Of course that the price of the advertisement will depend upon the number of readers.
You should also have a website (if you don%26#039;t have one) and provide a phone number.
Building a trustful name is very difficult, namely because of the amount of scams going on.
Kind regards,
Jos茅http://theartinquirer.blogspot.com

How to make play-do?
I think you have to use glue.

These are the ones I found when I wanted to make it for my grand daughter last year.
How to make play-do?
I used to play with a fun recipe - but it dries very hard.
You mix one Tablespoon of Elmer%26#039;s white glue (white school glue) with one slice of white bread (no crust). Knead it until its no longer sticky (that takes a while and a bit of patience).
Its a fun recipe for kids and you can tint the dough with food dye.

Whaqt picture editing program can i use for the picture to look profesional?
i want to edit one of my pictures and i want to put a background to it but so far the programs ive downloaded have not been able to put backgrounds to it
Whaqt picture editing program can i use for the picture to look profesional?
Photoshop%26#039;s the best, but it%26#039;s expensive...
Whaqt picture editing program can i use for the picture to look profesional?
well it depends on what your style is
are you doing portraiture?
Abstract?
Landscapes?
then again to look professional you have to be a good photographer
Just because you buy the really expensive camera and the really cutting edge lens with the number 1 voted editing software does not make you a good photographer
In order to be professional you have to do as much to make your pictures look professional while taking them and do as little to edit them.
resize/crop it your self in paint or MS Picture IT (those are free options)
Reply:K%26#039;, use elements which is real low now or corel painshop only 99. The truth is theres no such thing as a good ( professional), free image program, so...either buy it or settle for no good shot.

Photographing Moonbow at Cumberland Falls State Park (near Corbin, KY)?
I%26#039;m planning to go during one of the full moons this fall or winter to photograph the moonbow at Cumberland Falls State Park near Corbin, KY. From the technical aspect, I think I know what I%26#039;m doing, though I%26#039;ve never photographed a moonbow before. I%26#039;m not familiar with that park and with gas prices the way they are, I%26#039;d like to do as much beforehand research as possible. What are the composition options? Is there an overlook that you just drive to or does the best view require hiking? If so, how much elevation gain/loss over distance and what is the trail like?
Best answer will go to the best first-hand experience or best link to a website that I haven%26#039;t already seen about this moonbow.

That is very cool.
If you are using digital just keep experimenting with exposure until you get a histogram that you like.
Be sure to bring a tripod and some sort of shutter release.
The rangers at Cumberland Falls State Park recommend ISO 400, an aperture of F4 and a timed exposure of 4 - 8 minutes.
I disagree, for maximum sharpness I would start at F/8 and use a lower ISO for less noise. Vary exposure time until you are satisfied with the image.
I don%26#039;t remember much about the trail. But keep in mind that it will be fairly dark and slippery around the falls. There is a barrier but it is always dangerous to be around moving water. Be safe.
In addition to your digital, you might consider investing in a decent quality TLR for some of your shots. Prints of the moonbow from medium format film look especially nice. You can use your digital to find the proper exposure. (After the shoot you can probably sell the TLR for what you paid for it.)
Have fun....
